Here’s a fellow who seems ready to tackle whatever downtown San Diego can throw at him. The Mr. Clean sign brings a little humor to the street, borrowing a familiar cleaning name for some roadside advertising.

Check out this one while making the rounds downtown. With a name like that, expectations ought to be pretty high. Hopefully the windows beneath the sign were keeping up their end of the bargain.

UPDATE: Mr. Clean gets another peek here for adding a little personality to an everyday business sign. No giant marquee needed when the name already sounds ready to roll up its sleeves and get to work. 10-26
