2002 was an active year in terms of preservation. From the carnage at Johnie's Broiler to the closing of Hollywood Star Lanes, it was at times a forgettable one.

 

2000 was an interesting year. From the first word that Santa Claus in Carpinteria was endangered to the destruction of the Kahiki Supper Club in Columbus, Ohio, 2000 was a significant year.
