Hollywood Palladium

The Hollywood Palladium is about to be sold according to Curbed LA and its future is uncertain. The 72 year old theater has no historic protection that could save or at least delay any effort to demolish the building.

Over the years, many of the endangered sites have been razed, altered, or relocated due to redevelopment, or what some call "progress". In some unfortunately rare situations, the building or signs were saved and to this date have survived the test of time.
