The Motel DuBeau has been in business for over 90 years. Established as DuBeau's Motel Inn in 1929, the motel catered to travelers on the old 66 as well as those headed to the Grand Canyon north of town. The Motel DuBeau featured 28 rooms to its visitors complete with steamed heat and garage access.
In the 1970's, the motel was converted to a hotel with accommodations more fitting to backpackers. Today, the location is known as the Motel DuBeau Travelers inn and Hostel. In 2012, the DuBeau went through a major restoration with updated guest rooms and adding amenities.
