The Shady Dell RV Park located in the picturesque Arizona town of Bisbee is a throwback in time to the mid-century complete with 50's memorabilia, aluminum trailers, a yacht, and a throwback diner. The Shady Dell started up in 1927 as a place for weary travelers along Highway 80 to stop and grab some rest.

Standin' on the Corner Park
Winslow, AZ

Here are a couple of photos from the Route 66 soon to be iconic landmark Standin' on the Corner Park in Winslow, AZ. Made famous by the Eagles song Take It Easy with the familiar lyric "well I'm standing on a corner in Winslow Arizona and such a fine sight to see", this location has been a tourist must see attraction since 1999. There's also a girl in a flatbed Ford in the park.

Don't forget to stop in the gift shop across the street, have met many friendly people there. Have also heard the song Take It Easy blaring from cars as they slowly pass by the corner. A statue paying tribute to the late Glenn Frey was installed in 2016.

The photos here were from when the building that houses the wall that features the mural was destroyed by a fire in 2004. It is now an empty extension of the park. 11-20
