Yes, it is the famous Joor Muffler Shop man of Escondido fame dressed up as good ol' St. Nick! Given that this photo was taken around the holidays, one could only imagine what this friendly giant looks like at other times of the year.
When a roadside traveler thinks of the ancient city of Vista (well, not "that" ancient), what comes to mind? Yes, of course. The Bill Jenkins Muffler Shop man! Waving friendly hellos from the top of the roof, this roadside man is looked at as a part of the community. UPDATE : Jenkins man has left the premises. Many thanks to Lance Chang for update.
