Built in 1926, the Majestic Metro was formerly called the Ritz Theatre. This theatre was renovated in 1991 and is now a banquet hall. More info can be found at this site. 02-07
The Granada Theatre in Plainview, Texas stands tall wondering where all the customers have gone. The Granada opened for business in 1929 and was well known for the stars and constellations displayed on the ceiling. In the late 1970's, the theatre was split into two screens, then closed in 1997.
