UPDATE 06/06 : The Hollywood Theatre in Portland, OR is restoring the 30-ft “HOLLYWOOD” sign. It will be relit on July 15, 2006 in time for the theatres 80th birthday. More info is at www.filmaction.org. Many thanks to Ellen Bergstone Beer for update. 06-06

Welcome to the Lewis & Clark Theatre in Tukwila, WA. Featuring a neon lit sign and still showing movies, the Lewis & Clark is worth a stop if you're in the area.

 

UPDATE 01/04 : On a sad day for movie fans in Seattle, the Lewis & Clark Theatre in Tukwila closed on Thursday 01/08/04, after being in operation continuously since 1956. Many thanks to Matt Lutthans for info. 01-04

The Roseway Theatre in Portland is still in business and showing first run movies. The Roseway opened for business in 1925.
