The Rossmoor Bowl is a favorite stop for bowlers from the Seal Beach and Los Alamitos areas. Located next to the Parasol Restaurant, the bowling alley was a good stop for exercise after a hearty breakfast.

The Rossmoor Bowl closed its doors on April 30, 2006. The shopping center has been remodeled and a Sprouts store is now near its old location.

The Southwest Bowl in Los Angeles is located on busy Western Avenue. The bowling alley is a fun stop for the neighborhood and features the requisite bowling league.

Unfortunately, this bowling alley like many others closed down around 2009 and most of the signage is now gone. 08-98

The West Covina Lanes appears to be a recent bowling alley with a vintage 70's look.

To the left is a look at the West Covina Lanes marquee. The alley also features a Skate Junction. 09-98

A deco delight, the San Gabriel Bowl marquee, rises above the rooftop alongside San Gabriel Bl. 12-98

Unfortunately the San Gabriel Bowl closed down in recent years and lies vacant and for sale.
