The Golden West Motor Lodge off Virginia in Reno still takes in visitors by the carload with its huge sign that still lights up the sky at night.

The Sands Motor Inn uses script that proves a flashback to its fancier predecessor that used to be in Vegas.

Ranch House Motel (Demolished)

Check out this night shot of the Ranch House Motel marquee, located in Yerington, NV.

Unfortunately, according to the December 22, 2006 edition of the Reno Gazette-Journal, the Ranch House Motel was torn down in mid-December 2006 after being purchased by the developer of the nearby commercial and residential project. The motel was originally built in 1952. 01-07
