The Gateway Motel is located just north of the main part of the strip. There’s a sign up at the Gateway Motel saying that it’s the future site of a high-rise condo/commercial building. The Gateway is still there but is dwarfed by a new building next to it. 12-07
Fun City Motel

Off Las Vegas Boulevard and Sahara is this old sign that appears to once been part of the Fun City Motel complex. The sign was covered over with some sort of business but lately that covering has been stripping off exposing the former Fun City signage. 12-07
Vagabond Motel (Demolished)

The Royal Motel is another of the Las Vegas Motels that have disappeared over the last decade. This motel, which used to be on Las Vegas Boulevard, opened n 1958. 09-10
Convention Center Lodge (Gone)

The Convention Center Lodge is a cool A-frame building motel located along Convention Center Drive in Las Vegas. Well at least it used to be. The motel as torn down like most of the other vintage motels in the area. 11-20
