Chico, TX is home to what may be the world's largest watermelon. This is one watermelon slice that will appear ripe year-round. This is also one watermelon slice that dwarfs those that stand next to it. 10-05
Check out San Antonio's most well known pair of boots. The Boots located at the North Stall Mall stands tall just off the highway and San Pedro Avenue. The 40 foot tall boots were built in 1979 then moved to San Antonio in 1980. According to this article from the San Antonio Express News, the Boots are currently in the process of being painted and restored. 10-06
Check out the giant cross that's found off the Mother Road in Groom, TX. Built in 1995, this huge cross towers over the highway at its 190 foot height. 02-07

This huge watermelon is actual the water tower for Luling, TX. This watermelon looks quite imposing in this night shot. 02-07
Seguin is home to the self proclaimed World's Largest Pecan, although there is a much larger one in Missouri. 03-07
