Route 66The Cholla Restaurant in Holbrook has the same name as the nearby power plant located off of Route 66. The restaurant features a multi colored tall sign that is is almost part of a theme along this stretch of Route 66. Check out the bulb arrow pointing the way to the door.

UPDATE 01/09 : The Cholla Restaurant is now gone, replaced with a Calvary Chapel. The old sign frame is still there, although the yellow arrow and bulbs on top of the sign have been removed. 01-09

Restaurants with signage like this were quite common in Arizona in the 1960s and 70s.
