Here's a fine marquee advertising Kasper's Hot Dogs in Oakland. Check out this happy chef holding the mustard dog.
Check out the roundish building and the marquee out front for Caspers Hot Dogs. This old time roadside stop features tons of glass on the restaurant's exterior. Update 04/05 : I have eaten at Caspers Hot dogs, but the one in Hayward. I've seen the one in Oakland, but a very long, long time ago. Caspers has wonderful dogs with that "Pop" when you bite into them. Dogs and buns are steamed, and with mustard and half moon onion slices are to die for!
