Along the boulevard in Oakland is the aptly named The Oaks Motel. This neon marquee still glows the way in.
Check out this neon crown. This stand out sign for the Crown Motel is located in Kings Beach, CA.
Check out the neon sight of the Pepperwood Motel marquee. Check out the arrows as they point the way into the motel lot and office.
Check out the Escalon Motel in Escalon, CA and its neon sign. Not sure if this sign and/or the motel still remain these days.
The El View Lodge still features a well worn but still lit up neon sign. The El View is located in the coastal town of Santa Cruz, CA.
The neon lights the way into the Kingsway Motel lobby at this motor court located in Belmont, CA.
The Hotel Del Rio in Isleton features a neon lit marquee as well as a brightly lit neon martini glass. The Hotel Del Rio & Casino was established in 1949.

Here is a night shot of the remarkable Algiers Motel sign, as it stood in 1982. The Algiers Motel was located along El Camino Real in San Mateo, which is also known as The King's Highway.
