Capri Motel (Demolished)

The Capri Motel features a great looking marquee that's still in its original condition. This motel lies somewhere along the California Route 66.


UPDATE 10/10 : The Capri Motel is now gone and replaced by new development. 10-10

The Palms Motel is a grand looking old marquee pointing wayward travelers to its lodging site.

Check out the sign for Bob's Motel in East Los Angeles. This sign still appears to be in good shape.

The Desert Inn in San Bernardino carries the same name as a vintage Vegas casino.






Stardust Motel (Replaced)

Off Route 66 and near the Foothill Azusa Drive-in Theatre in Azusa is the Stardust Motel and its 50's space age lettering.
