Off Route 66 in Amarillo, Texas is the Ding-how Restaurant featuring Chinese American food. Though there are many Chinese restaurants along this stretch of the 66, this marquee may be the best one adorning the side of the restaurant.

UPDATE 08/21 : Here's another shot of the Ding How Restaurant sign from over 20 years ago. The Ding How was a colorful sign that adorned the 66 and caught the eyes of locals and travelers alike. Unfortunately the sign ended up being blacked out when the business closed. 08-21
