Summit. It still serves the locals today. The Summit Diner is a O'Mahony with wood paneled walls which dates back to the late 1930's.

we won't lose this one to the wrecking ball.
UPDATE 08/06 : The Burlington Diner is OPEN again though it looks like they took out the old diner and put in a new one. Looks really nice from the outside. Have not been in the place yet. Many thanks to Kevin Boylan for update. 08-06
