The Klose-In Motel still survives off of the ever changing Aurora Avenue. Recently, one of its neighbors, Seal's Motel, removed its neon sign and replaced it with backlit plastic. 01-09
UPDATE 04/17 : The Klose-in Motel has been demolished. The owner may plan on building a self-storage facility on the site. 04-17
