The Yucca Motel is an interesting looking neon sign.
UPDATE 07/10 : The Yucca Motel was demolished earlier this year. The marquee you see at the left was saved and is now part of the Las Vegas Neon Museum sign collection. 07-10
Downtowner Motel

The Downtowner Motel along the Fremont strip still features
working neon and advertises decent rates. Not sure if the clientele is
permanent housing or traveler lodging though.

Here's a night shot of the wonderful Cardinal Motel marquee sign in Las
Vegas. Unfortunately, the neon no longer lights up the sky at night along
Las Vegas Boulevard. Here's a day shot of this sign as it once was.
