Bobbie's Diner is a vintage stainless steel diner dating back to 1952. Located at 1402 Habersham St. in Savannah, GA, Bobbie's Diner came to the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) from Mountain View, R.I.

Hillsville Diner
Hillsville, VA

Located along North Main Street , the Hillsville Diner built in the 1920's is the oldest continuously operating streetcar diner in the state of Virginia. After being moved to Hillsville from Mount Airy in 1946, the Hillsville Diner is a good place to stop for home cooking. The diner is listed in the National Register of Historic Places,. 06-10

 

 

4 Way Lunch

Here's the nicely painted 4 Way Lunch diner in Cartersville, GA. According to this Southern Scribe article, the building housing Way Lunch has been around for over 100 years and has been named the 4 Way since 1931.

The 4 Way suffered a fire on 1993, after which the community of Cartersville gathered together and saved the little diner from an almost certain demolition. 11-10

 

 

 

Roy's Grill

Roy's Grill in Rossville, GA is a local landmark that recently reopened.

According to an article from The Chattanoogan, Roy's opened in 1934 with decor reflecting to a 1950's diner. The original building was torn down in 1949 and rebuilt at its present location nearby. Although the classic Roy's marquee still stands, the building has been refurbished and the interior has received a makeover and brought up to today's standards. 06-11
