The Rivera Pharmacy is a throwback to the days when the neighborhood pharmacy and drug store was a mom and pop shop. The neon marquee lights up the sidewalk well. 03-07

Here's a shot of the Azusa Foothill Drive-in Theatre marquee after it was restored. The drive-in is history, it's old lot a parking lot, and all that's left now is this marquee. 12-07

This huge marquee is located at Valentine's Liquor in Arcadia. This liquor store is located just south of the Santa Anita Race Track. 12-07

 

 

White's Funeral Home

The sign for White's Funeral Home is found off of Route 66 in Azusa. The marquee was once neon and was replaced several years ago with the this sign. 12-07

Here's the old neon rooftop sign for the Bendix Building in the fashion district of Los Angeles. The three-sided sign was relit in 2003. The Bendix Building remains one of Los Angeles's historic sites. 04-08

 

 

Jesus Saves Sign

The familiar Jesus Saves sign lights up the street in downtown Los Angeles. The sign was originally on The Church of the Open Door until the late-1980's until the church was heavily damaged in the Whittier Narrows earthquake. The sign is now on top of the former United Artists Theatre on Broadway. 04-08

 

 

Drug Store
