UPDATE 02/09 : Here's a look at the Brookside back when it was called the Brookside Tour-O-Tel. The sign was also different back in the day.

According to the postcard, the motel is located at "3020 E. Main Street, Rt. 40, Columbus, Ohio. This beautiful new 16 unit motel located 3 miles east of Columbus business center with restaurants, drug stores, dry cleaners, etc. within the block. City bus service. Fire and sound proof. Air conditioned. Hot water. Heat. Cross ventilation. Beautyrest beds. Tiled baths with showers in each unit. AAA approved. Stay once and you will be pleased to come again. Tel. DO 6034".
